Message: May G-d comfort you together with all the mourners of Zion and Jerusalem. I don't even know where to begin, Frank was my beloved PCP for many years. I first met him at Kaiser in Manchester and continued at Hartford Medical Group. I was saddened when he retired, but understood. I fondly started my appointments with "How is Frankie-poo today?". Always made him smile. He knew if I had an appointment, I waited too long to see him for a diagnosis. So appreciated his candor and medical attention. Took me a very long time to find another PCP that met his standards.

Message: My deepest sympathy to Arlene and family. I was a colleague of Frank's for over 15 years, working in Internal Medicine in the Manchester office of Hartford Healthcare Medical Group. He was a tremendous physician who genuinely cared about his patients, many of whom asked about him years after his retirement. He is known for ending every patient visit with his trademark phrase, "Call us if you need anything". He was also a great professional colleague, and we split our 3-day weekend on-call obligations for years to make it more bearable. We shared a love of roots music, although Frank knew far more than I did about music from New Orleans. He was a guest host for a memorable Saturday morning show featuring hits from the 50's and 60's on WESU in Middletown. I am grateful for the privilege of knowing him and working with him. Rest in peace, Frank
