Kenneth Laschever, 46, of Main St., East Hartford, died Sunday, November 30, 2008. Born in Hartford, he was the son of Richard and Estelle (Weinman) Laschever. He was a graduate of Hall High School, West Hartford, and attended Goddard College in Vermont. Besides his parents, he leaves a brother, Bram Laschever of East Hartford, two sisters: Rebecca Swett and her husband Rev. Bernard Swett of Littleton, MA, and Dr. Rachel Movitz and her husband Graham of Littleton, MA; and two nephews: Jordan Swett and Jacob Movitz. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, December 3, 2008 at 10:30 AM in the Chapel of the Weinstein Mortuary, 640 Farmington Ave., Hartford with Rabbi Stephen Fuchs officiating. Interment will follow in the Beth Israel Cemetery, Hartford. A memorial period will be observed at the home of his parents, 12 Birch Road, West Hartford, following the funeral.
