Adge was our close friend and colleague for over 40 years. She could always be counted on as an advocate for excellence in education, and she made her views known strongly, both verbally and in writing to members of the State Board of Education, the members of the State Legislature, and to the Governor's office, among others. Adge truly made a positive difference in the field of education in Connecticut, particularly vocational education. Her wise counsel will be missed. Adge, we will miss you as our friend. Until we meet again, Erma and Dick Rausch

I will always be grateful to your mother for allowing me the opportunity to be a mother's helper when I was a teenager. It has helped to forge a connection with you and your family. I have many fond memories of the times we spent --both during that time and many visits since! I have tremendous respect for your mother--she was a great role model for aging well. I am really glad we had the opportunity to see her in October at Adam's Bar Mitzvah and regret not being able to see her again before she passed.
