With sincere sympathy to Art's family. Art was good friends with my mother, June Riner, at Hamilton Heights. An elegant, gracious, kind, humorous gentleman, Art was a friend to all; he uplifted the hearts of everyone around him. Art often mentioned how much he loved and missed his wife; I hope they are reunited now. God bless you, Art, for shining your light on us. ~Sincerely, Nancy Wilder

Art, and his Family, were good friends and next door neighbor for many, many years. He and Ed were of a kind, both in the Tool and Die and Machine Industry. Art even helped Jeff while in grade school by employing him cut his lawn for many years.

Art's dedication and devotion to his wife Gretchen especially during the years of her decline from the ravages of Alzheimer's disease, was nothing short of remarkable. And we are sure he will be blessed in the beyond.

Our condolences go to Candice and her family and relatives, and we wish you all the best.

We think Art would appreciate our donation to Alzheimer Research
in his and Gretchen' honor.

Our hearts are sadden with Art's passing. He was such a sweet man, very caring and loving. We saw this in his care for Gretchen for so many years. He would "sneak" into church near the end of service just to visit with us. One favorite story, dancing at Lord & Taylor with Gretchen. Our prayers are with you.

I always enjoyed seeing Art and Gretchen at Nordstrom's, and having the opportunity to play piano for them. They were so much fun to be with, and Art was one of a kind and an inspiration.
