Ben was the best example of a "gentle" man. HIs warmth and sense of humor stood out. He was such an easy person to be around--someone who was gifted in delivering a joke, together with his wonderful smile, Ben made getting along with everyone look easy. And Joan, he was such an avid supporter of your talent!
