Edie lived life to the fullest every day and had a tremendous love of traveling, food, and entertaining many people in her homes. One of her greatest loves in life was walking on Goose Rocks Beach in Kennebunkport Maine, hand in hand with her devoted and loving husband Jim. What made this marriage so special was the fact that Edie and Jim were best friends for over 41 years and were very much devoted to each other. Singing and piano playing were two of Edie’s many passions in life, and through her music, she brought joy and happiness to her family and friends. Edie worked as the office manager for many years at the Career Counseling Center of the University of Hartford, and found great joy in helping those in need.
