Dear Nancy, John, Nina and Suzanne,
Florence was a very special woman indeed. We considered her part of our immediate family and she will be missed at all our holiday gatherings. Everyone will recall that she was the only one who could ever answer Rabbi Pollack's questions at Passover, while the rest of us were clueless.

Her intellect, her curiosity and quest for learning was simply amazing. Her passion for music always impressed us, and her stamina and strong will are to be admired, while always maintaining her dignity and independence. She so appreciated how you all cared for her right til the end. She told me so, when I visited with her last week. She remained her alert self til the very end.
May her memory be for a blessing. We will truly miss our dear Florence.

Our love,
Judy and David Rosenthal

Rembering Florence as one of the brightest most articulate gals in our discussion group at the JCC. Her tales about life in D.C. were fascinating. Always so proud of her family. Sympathies to you all.
