Jacob ?Jack? London, 93, of Amherst St., Hartford, husband of the late Josephine (Santoro) London, died Sunday, March 7, 2010. Born in Hartford, he was the son of the late Hyman and Martha (Barker) London. He was a US Army Veteran of World War II, and a 50-year member of Lafayette Lodge #100 A.F. & A.M. He was the oldest continuous Master Electrician of LU #35 IREW in the State of Connecticut. He leaves two daughters: Elaine Slonina of Atlanta, GA and Marilyn Oppelt of Charlotte, NC; two grandchildren: David Oppelt and Rayandra Slonina, three great grandchildren; and a brother Morris of Virginia. A graveside funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 11, 2010 at 11:00 AM in Rose Hill Memorial Park, Rocky Hill. Memorial contributions to a charity of the donor’s choice.
