Lipman

Obituary

Jerrold S. Lipman, of West Hartford, passed away peacefully with his loving family by his side on Thursday, September 1, 2022. He is survived by his beloved wife, Joan Lipman, with whom he had just celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary. In addition to his wife, he leaves his dear children: Joyce Lipman-Kimball and her husband Tyler Kimball of West Hartford; Steven Lipman of West Hartford. More than perhaps anything else, he lived every day for his grandchildren: Bella, Miriam, Zalman, and Levi, who were the light of his life. A graveside funeral service will be held at the Beth El Temple Cemetery, 51 Jackson Street, Avon, CT on Friday, September 2, 2022 at 11am. Memorial contributions may be made to the Chabad Jewish Center 25 Harris St, Glastonbury, CT 06033. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Weinstein Mortuary.

Jerry was such a wonderful person and dear friend. We will miss him dearly. Our memories are going to be about his generosity and kindness. We never once heard him raise his voice.
