Joanne was a hard working, devoted mother, who also served her community long and well. Our families had much in common. She, like my father's sister, Lynette Seidman Siverberg, gave much time to Jewish Family Services. We both graduated from Weaver High School, she one year before I did.
I knew of her eight grandchildren, was not aware of her one great grandchild whom she must have loved greatly. Family is what life is all about. Joanne's life was truly "For a Blessing."

To the Chozick clan: very saddened by the passing of Jodi this last week. I know she is in a better place but it brings flooding back all the memories of growing up together. From west eggleston to golf acres to stannard beach of course. Jodi was a kind and gentle soul. Her passing has brought my parents back to my vivid dreams. Maybe they are telling me that they are back together with Jodi and at peace. I hope so and believe they are having fun like the good old days!
I'm very sorry that I cannot spend Tuesday with you all to celebrate her life. Be assured that she is on my mind!!! With love. The Katz's
