To the Miller family, we are saddened to learn of Joe's passing while we were out of state.Joe was our next door neighbor for the last 25 years and was a wonderful person as well. We will miss him greatly. He had a marvelous sense of humor and was always kind, polite and willing to offer advice along with a funny story or joke. Our lives are much richer for having known and lived next door to Joe and Dottie. God Bless.

Dear God, Thank you for giving me Joe as a real example what a great father should be like, a super lover and friend! I know you took him because us earthly people could do nothing for his sufferings toward the end! Now, You will give him eternal peace and happiness with YOU! Thanks for the signs in Hartford Sunday!
He now can fight the devil that seems so strong on this earth because he is now a soldier in YOUR ARMY! We will never stop missing him and as long as we see a bird, squirrel, a rose and a dog we will see him often still because he loved to make people and animals and plants happy! His music will always be part of my life and his chair!!! See you, my love! I am glad we met by the means of the Yankee Flyer too. Thanks for introducing me to your dear family, Town and Country, Miller Farms, Wade's and Maxine! My daily prayers and Masses will always include you! REST IN PEACE!! We will see you again I know!!!!

Rick and I want to extend our deepest sympathy to all of you and your families in the passing of your beloved father, Joe. Growing
up with the Kaplan/Kargman families my fond memories of Joe are at family gatherings and of course at Old Colony Beach where we all grew up at the Kaplan/Kargman Manor. Those wonderful years is how I will remember Joe. May he rest in peace.
