Jules B. Frank, 88, passed away on Friday, (June 18, 2010). Jules was the son of the late William Frank and the late Anna Levy, and the step-son of the late Louis Levy. He was the beloved husband of Shirley Frank, to whom he was married for 64 years. Born and raised in Hartford, he was a graduate of Weaver High School and a US Airforce veteran of World War II. He leaves his three daughters, Marilyn Eigen of Georgia and Rhode Island, Pamela Frank-Hall of Marlborough and Deena Buddle of Southington; his sons-in-law, William Eigen, Phillip Hall and Scott Buddle; his granddaughters, Lani Hall and Victoria Buddle; his brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Jay and Sylvia Lichtenbaum and many nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank Brenda Harris for her care and friendship. A graveside service will be held on Monday, June 21, 2010 at 11:30 a.m. at the Aaron Association Cemetery on Garden St in Hartford.
