My life changed the moment the Jacobson’s moved to Windsor Locks. Starting with Janet and Arthur ...I was immersed into a loving family ...I became one of the many kids that were a part of the family . I remember the friendship between Janet and Leslie ... a bond so deep . I loved babysitting for Nadine and Loren and the love that Leslie and Eddie showed for these 2 girls made me smile ...even now .
Cherish any memory as you will get comfort from them !

I am so sorry for your loss. Leslie and I grew up together in Hartford. We went to Weaver. The last time I saw Leslie was at our reunion a few years ago. I will always remember her as a very sweet, kind and warm person and always wearing a smile. May the fond memories you have of your mom remain with you and your families always. Evelyn

Leslie was a special friend of mine during our "growing up years" in Hartford, CT; in fact, I remember my mother Amy told me her mother & she used to walk us in our carriages together on Woodland Street in Hartford to Kenney Park. Our paths crossed again many times in Junior High & Weaver High & I believe we were even Phi Delta Sorority Sisters. We reacquainted ourselves at a friend's 'Rock & Roll" Birthday Party in Windsor Locks some five years ago when we laughed about old times. She was a bright, friendly & soft spoken person who will be missed by those who knew & loved her.

Sincerely, Lonnie Holtman Scheinblum
