KRINSKY, Lillian L. Krinsky, 96 years of age, of Farmington died at home Monday, February 23, 2009. Born in Hartford, she was the daughter of the late Morris and Fannie (Lessner) Krinsky. Lillian was the manager of the WIC Work Program for the State of Connecticut before she retired. She was predeceased by her brothers, William V. Krinsky and Dr. Charles M. Krinsky, and by her sisters, Jennie Jainchill and Sarah Shafer. She leaves many nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews including, her ‘special’ niece Felica Goldfield and her husband Jerome ‘Yozzi’, Attorney Joel Mandell and his wife Ellen, Laurie Mandell, Evelyn Jones and her husband Newman, Ferne Darling and her husband Billy, Stephen Goldfield, David Goldfield and his wife Joan, Susan Goodwin and her husband Robert, Marilyn Weiss, Seth Weiss and his wife Carole, David Weiss and his wife Tina, Dr. Michael Krinsky and his wife Marcia, Jessie Krinsky, Emily Schneider and her husband Justin, Attorney Rachel Rudnick and her husband Jason, Judy Krinsky Peretz, Margorie Jenkins, Steven Jenkins, Mathew Jenkins, Harriet Pumerantz and her husband Dr. Philip Pumerantz, Andrew Pumerantz, Beth Pumerantz, Richard Pumerantz, Renay Insler, Stephen May, Jeffrey May, Marvin Krinsky, Elliott Krinsky, Louis Jainchill, Sally Bobrow and her husband Nathan, and Fremette Clymer. The family wishes to express their appreciation to Sophia Walker, Marva Clarke and Teisha Garrett for their loving care of Lillian.

Funeral services will be held Friday, February 27, 2009 at 11:00 AM in the Hartford Mutual Society Cemetery, Wolcott Road, East Granby. Arrangements are entrusted to Weinstein Mortuary, Hartford.
