Lorraine (Rosenfeld) Pavlowitz, 87, of Newington, CT, died March 15, 2022. Born in the Bronx, NY, she was the daughter of the late Hyman and Fannie (Mollemet) Rosenfeld. Lorraine worked as an administrative secretary for many years, both in New York City and in Hartford, until her retirement in 1995. Predeceased by her husband Abraham, she leaves a son, Stevan Pavlowitz and his wife Barbara of Plainville; a daughter Shari Piteo and her husband Randy of Glastonbury; two grandchildren: Bryan Pavlowitz and Marissa Piteo; and one great grandson, Clayton Pavlowitz. Lorraine was a dedicated mother who always put her children and grandchildren first. She loved to travel with her husband and spend time with her friends and family. Lorraine was a member of Congregation B’Nai Tikvoh Sholom and a member of its sisterhood. A private period of mourning will be observed by the family. Memorial contributions may be made to B’Nai Tikvoh Sholom or a charity of the donor’s choice.
