Marla Dubrow, 48, died peacefully on Sunday, September 11, 2005, after a courageous battle with cancer. She made her home these last few years in the home of her dearest friend and companion, Theodore (Teddy) Markel of Wyoming, PA. Born in West Hartford, she was the daughter of the late Phyllis (Stone) and Solomon (Sam) Dubrow. She is survived by her relatives, Murial (Stone) Keiper and Richard Keiper of Bloomfield; Irene (Stone) Balaban of Manchester; Sylvia (Stone) Wise of Bloomfield; and Milton Stone of Newington, in addition to the many cousins and friends who will miss her dearly. A graveside funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 15 at 9:30 AM in the John Hay Memorial Park, Garden Street, Hartford.
