BIELER, Morris A. Morris A. Bieler, 89 years of age, of West Hartford, died Saturday, (July 31, 2010). Born in Fall River, MA, he was the son of the late Samuel and Rose (Feder) Bieler. He was a US Air Force veteran of World War II. Morris was the founder and president of Controls For Automation, Inc. in Waltham, MA. He was a member of Beth El Temple of West Hartford. He leaves his wife, Dorothy E. Kelmenson; his daughter, Elizabeth A. Bieler of Aventura, FL; his brothers, Edward Bieler of Waterbury, and Irving Bieler and his wife Gloria of Somerset, MA; his sisters, Anna Glassman of New York, NY, Edith Lansky of Longmeadow, MA, Frances Horvitz and her husband Ephraim of Fall River, MA, Helen Bieler of Maynard, MA, and Leah Perlberg of Andover, MA; his sister-in-law, Phyllys Luntz of West Hartford; and seventeen nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Monday, August 2, 2010, AT 12:00 noon in the Chapel of the Weinstein Mortuary, 640 Farmington Ave., Hartford. Interment will follow at Beth El Temple Cemetery, Avon. Following the interment, a memorial period for family will be observed at his home, 795 Prospect Ave., West Hartford.
