He leaves his wife, Mary Ann (Cohen) Glassman; his three sons: David S. Glassman and his wife Kathy of Colchester, Andrew L. Glassman and his wife Jennifer of Jacksonville, FL, and Jonathan M. Glassman and his wife Gina of Arlington, VA; his brothers, Elliot Glassman and his wife Joan of Creve Coeur, MO, and Jerel Glassman and his wife Beth of San Francisco, CA, and four grandchildren: Anna, Nicholas, Tate, and Henry Glassman.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM on Sunday, February 16, 2014 in the Chapel of the Weinstein Mortuary, 640 Farmington Ave., Hartford with interment in Temple Sinai Memorial Park, 41 West Hartford Rd., Newington. Following the interment the family will receive relatives and friends at the Pond House in Glastonbury. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to The First Tee, St. Augustine, FL, a charity teaching life skills to underprivileged youth through learning golf.
