If I had the power to make it so, I would name a day "National Pink Day," because pink was Ruth's favorite color. Today, in honor of Ruth, I wear pink. I woke up this morning in my pink pajamas. I will wear pink all day, in her memory and in her honor.

Ruth was the most gracious person I knew. I believe that part of being gracious is being easy to please. Ruth was easy to please, whether it was a simple conversation or going to a concert. She was always delighted!

Dear Janice
I am so sorry to just read about Ruth. I always was so warmly greeted every time I saw her, particularly at Temple. I so well remember always attending services with my
Mother and sitting the row in front of Ruth, your mother and you.
Please know that I am thinking of you and express my most sincere sympathy.

My sincere condolences to the family. Miss Falkin was my 6th grade teacher at Elmwood Elementary in 1969-70. I have many fond memories of her. She was a wonderful teacher, and I am grateful to have been her student.
