Samuel Feinstein, 92, of Bloomfield died Sunday, (September 3, 2006) at Hartford Hospital. He was born in Framingham, MA and was a lifetime resident of Boston, MA before moving to Duncaster five years ago. He was a veteran of World War II having served in the Air Force and was formerly an antiques dealer. He was a member of Congregation Beth Israel. He leaves his wife, Phoebe Levin Feinstein; a daughter and son-in-law, Barbara and Dr. Malcolm Roth of Bloomfield; a sister, Mrs. Bessie Flashman of Boston, MA; three grandchildren, Candice Savin Gross, Tara and Robert Savin; and two great grandchildren, Eliza and Ethan Gross. The funeral service will be held Tuesday at 9:30 a.m. at the Beth Israel Cemetery, Avon with Rabbi Michael Pincus officiating. A memorial period will be observed Tuesday at the home of Dr. and Mrs. Malcolm Roth, 33 Saddle Ridge, Bloomfield following the funeral.
