We will always cherish our memories of dear Shimon and his beautiful wife Helen. At every gathering where we were both present, they made us feel as if we were life long friends. We are honored to have known them both.

I never had the pleasure of meeting Sam, but I have spent many hours with his son, Mark, who has serviced my home for pipe repairs and as companions every Friday morning at Panera's, Bishop Corner. If the son is a reflection of the father, then Sam was an esteemed venerable in his community. He is the patriarch of a loving and successful family and their footprint in the greater Hartford Jewish community is large. My sympathies to all of Sam's family. Judge Arthur Spada
