I am so sorry to hear that Steve has passed away. He fought a long battle that most people would have shied away from.
He was, truly, a kind and gentle person. I will miss his presence but I will always remember his unwavering friendship.
God bless the Smith family.

My heartfelt condolences for the loss of your beloved, Stephen. Please know that Jehovah God and his son Jesus Christ is aware of your pain and they care for you. (2 Corinthians 1:3,4) . I pray that you are able to find comfort in God's promise of paradise where there will be no more pain and sorrow (Revelation 21:4,5) and the many wonderful memories of your loved one becoming a reality in the future resurrection in paradise. (Acts 24:15). Please accept my sincere condolences.

Benay, Stuart and Matthew: I just found out about Steve. As you all know our families were best of friends for many years and I have fond memories of the shore and the house on Fairway Drive. I told my father Sol (who will be 94 in Jan) about steve and he was very upset and I spoke to Abby also. She gives her condolences. May Steve rest in perfect peace.

My deepest sympathies to Benay and Matthew. Steve was a kind and gentle person who loved his family very much. I remember how much fun he had playing his bagpipes at Cornfield Pt. He was a good person and a friend to all.
