Arlene (Carlin) Leopold

Arlene Carlin Leopold passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 30, 2018. Mrs. Leopold was predeceased by her husband, Sidney Leopold. She was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York and was a retired teacher who had become a pioneer in the field of Special Education. Mrs. Leopold was a member of The Emanuel Synagogue in West Hartford. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Carolyn and David Topol of West Hartford, and grandchildren, Jennifer Molinari, and her husband, Richard, and Adam Topol.

Funeral services will be held at the chapel of the Weinstein Mortuary, 640 Farmington Avenue in Hartford, CT, on Monday, July 2, 2018, at 11 am. Burial will take place at The Emanuel Cemetery in Wethersfield. Memorial visitation / shiva will be held Monday, immediately following the burial, through Wednesday, July 4th.
