Diane (Cherwin) Miller Capirchio, 67, of Jeanette Drive, Plainville, wife of Ernest Capirchio, died Wednesday, July 30, 2008 at Hospital of Central CT - New Britain. Born in New Britain, she was the daughter of Arthur and Frances (Stekly) Cherwin. She retired from the University of Connecticut Health Center in Farmington. She was a member of the Eastern Star. She was pre-deceased by her first husband, Dr. Nathan L. Miller. Besides her husband, she leaves two sons: Michael Ethan Miller and his wife Linda of Cheshire, and Seth David Miller of Mansfield, MA; three stepchildren: Victor Capirchio, Dan Capirchio, and Carolyn Capirchio; two grandchildren: Nathaniel and Nicole Miller; a sister Deborah Serenson of Thomaston, and several nieces and nephews. A graveside funeral service will be held TODAY, FRIDAY August 1, 2008 at 2:30 PM in the Oak Hill Cemetery, Southington with Rabbi Eric Silver officiating. A memorial period will be observed at her home, 5 Jeanette Dr., Plainville, following the funeral.
