Faythe Glaserman

Faythe Glaserman, 75 years of age, of Newfield St., Middletown, died peacefully with her family by her side, on Monday, November 22, 2010 at Hartford Hospital. Born in Hartford, she was the daughter of the late Carl and Sophie (Markman) Glaserman. Faythe was a Pension Analyst for Cigna. For 25 years, she was an active member of Congregation Adath Israel, Middletown. She was also a member of Hadassah and a volunteer at the Cromwell Library. She leaves a son: Richard Cohen and his wife Karin of Higganum; two daughters: Michelle Rosenberg of Allen, TX, and Lisa Cohen of Cromwell; six grandchildren: Stephanie Woods and her husband Jeffrey, Jonathan Rosenberg, Joshua Cohen and his fiancé Alyssa Bourque, Daniel Cohen, and Ross and Olivia Rivkin; and two great grandchildren: Hayden and Ava Woods. Funeral services will be held TODAY, Tuesday, November 23, 2010 at 11:00 AM in the Chapel of the Weinstein Mortuary, 640 Farmington Ave., Hartford with Rabbi Seth Haaz officiating. Interment will follow in the Adath Israel Cemetery, Middletown. A memorial period will be observed at the home of her daughter, Lisa, 14 Morningview Dr., Cromwell through Wednesday evening.
