After graduating from the University of Pennsylvania and the Harvard School of Public Health, he moved to New York City and then to West Hartford, CT in 1991 with his wife Ann. Hap’s family is grateful for the love and support extended by so many colleagues, friends, caregivers and family members. The family thanks Dr. Syed Bilgrami, the St. Francis Hospital oncology units, Dr. Todd Mailly, Diana and JFS Care at Home.
