Jerome 'Jerry' (D.) Feivelson

FEIVELSON, Jerome ?Jerry? D. Feivelson, 67 years of age, of Bristol, died Friday, January 23, 2009 at Bristol Hospital. Born in Brooklyn, NY, he was the son of Gladys (Blumenstein) Feivelson of Boca Raton, FL and the late Philip Feivelson. He was employed as a school bus driver with Dattco, and was a senior member of the Temple Sinai Softball team. Besides his mother, he leaves his wife, Linda (Dansky) Feivelson; a son, Mark Feivelson and his wife Cynthia of Bristol; his daughter, Anne Feeney and her husband David of Bristol; his grandchildren, Colleen and Isaac Feeney, and Lorette and Emilie Feivelson; and two sisters, Linda Birne and her husband Gary of Freehold, NJ, and Shirley Eisenberg and her husband Sandy of Boca Raton, FL. Funeral services will be held Monday, January 26, 2009 at 11:00 am in the Sanctuary of Temple Sinai, 41 West Hartford Rd., Newington with Rabbi Jeffrey Bennett officiating. Interment will follow in the Temple Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Greater Bristol VNA, 195 Maltby St., Bristol 06010 or to The Rabbi?s Discretionary Fund, c/o Temple Sinai.
