John (I.) Waizmann

John Waizmann passed away on Friday, Feb. 1, 2019 after a brief illness. John was a member of the Hartford and West Hartford community for many years, well known for his impeccable taste in all things, plus his fun loving style and beautiful garden at his home in the West End which he celebrated and shared with his partner of 33 years, David Frappier. He was born in Parma Ohio on Nov, 29, 1964 to John and Lois Waizmann and is survived by his siblings; Susan Farmer and Scott Waizmann and their extended families. John attended Johnson and Wales College working briefly in the food service industry, but eventually found his calling in retail working as manager of LCR in West Hartford Center and jewelry salesman at Lux Bond And Green where he was currently employed. John touched many lives. May he be remembered for his smile, his humor and the bright spot of loving.
