Lillian ((Lassoff)) Skaletsky

Lillian (Lassoff) Skaletsky, 94 of West Hartford passed away on July 7, 2015. She was born in Hartford the daughter of the late Abraham & Molly Lassoff. She was predeceased by her daughter Joanne, her brothers Dr Irving Lassoff, Dr. Saul Lassoff & her sister Mildred Borden. She attended Weaver High School & worked at Macy’s Westfarms for over 25 years.

She leaves her children Donna Pritchard & her husband Chick of Ellington, Mark Skaletsky & his wife Cathy of Swampscott, MA, Michael Skaletsky & his significant other Barbra Jones of Guild, TN, Amy Schrier-Pildis & her husband Richard of Cheshire & her sister Gale Greenberg & her husband Irving of Longmeadow, MA. She also leaves her nine grandchildren, Pam Urso, David Goldberg, Marci Montas, Derek Skaletsky, Leah Miller, Tara Armstrong, Matt Skaletsky, Greg & Sam Schrier as well as her 16 great grandchildren. Her greatest love was her children, grandchildren & great grandchildren who will miss her dearly. Our family is so grateful for the wonderful care she received from each & every staff member at The Reservoir in West Hartford. We are also very grateful for the beautiful friendships she made especially with Martha & Wendy.

Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m.on Friday, July 10, 2015 at Weinstein Mortuary, 640 Farmington Ave., Hartford with burial in Fairview Cemetary, West Hartford. Following the burial family & friends are invited to the home of Dave & Alanna Goldberg, 41 Lexington Rd. West Hartford.
