Sandra Ellen (Lazarus) Jacobs

On Monday, 8 March, Sandra Ellen Jacobs was laid to rest at the Hartford Mutual Society Cemetery in Simsbury. Sandy was a lyrical singer, talented actress, friend to all, and she gave the best hugs. Her personally sketched portraits were always appreciated as was her taste in Art. She performed in many local plays, and in the film, The Deadliest Season, where she won the attention of the director. Her greatest pride was raising two successful sons. She was faithfully Jewish and a fighter who got COVID and lived.

Sandy is survived by her loving sister Carol and her husband Dr. Burt, devoted sons Jeffrey and Michael, sweet grandson Benjamin, her beloved niece Ellie, and dear friend Bea. Folks wishing to make a donation in her name may do so in her name to a charity of their choice.
