William (J.) Friedeberg

William J. Friedeberg, 69, of Craigmoor Road, West Hartford, died Sunday, February 7, 2010. Born in New Bedford, MA, he was the son of the late Bert and Lotte (Jungman) Friedeberg. He was a US Navy Veteran. He was a member of the Connecticut Bar Association since 1965, as well as a member of the Hartford Tennis Club and Beth El Temple, West Hartford. He leaves his wife, Pamela (Birnbaum) Friedeberg, two daughters: Laura Anne Freideberg of West Hartford and Sarah F. Berman and her husband Joshua of Chicago, IL; two grandchildren: Jacqueline Rose Berman and James Leo Berman; a brother, Edward J. Friedeberg and his wife Joelle of Ft. Lauderdale, FL, and a sister Vera Gerard and her husband Sherwood of Hartford. Funeral services will be held TODAY, Tuesday, February 9, 2010 at 1:30 PM in the Chapel of the Weinstein Mortuary, 640 Farmington Ave., Hartford with Rabbi James Rosen officiating. Interment will follow in the Beth Alom Cemetery, New Britain. A memorial period will be observed at his home, 76 Craigmoor Rd., West Hartford, on Tuesday following the funeral.
