We first went to the Klar Crest Resort in 1966, and that place and family became an intricate part of our lives. My dad even created a song that we still sing as a family today: We're going to the Klar Crest resort--we responded resort.
My brother spent a few years working there and when we see Dirty Dancing again we are reminded of the great years and talent show that we did there. I learned how to square dance there, Much thanks to David and his family for providing great moments.

Dave was a good friend. Saw him at Chestelm. He was in good form.
He lived a good.,long life.Dave will be missed. Loved his home and his resort.
Of course especially loved his family.R.I.P. Dave.. Sendiing loving sympathy to all the family.

Sorry for your loss. He was a good man. He gave me my first real job and for that I was always grateful. He and my dad were good friends and I always enjoyed his company the times I made visits to Moodus and stopped in to talk with him.

To the Klar family especially Gary, Iris and Amiee your dad will be missed! I have many great memories from school and your dad playing ball with my dad Pete Larsek. We were great neighbors and he is in his wonderful place of rest that God promised. Sending love always friends. Love Chris and family ??

Dearest Gary, Iris, Amy and the Klar family. Please know I have many memories of you wonderful neighbors in Moodus and all the talking my dad Pete Larsek and your dad did about baseball and the Yankees! I still am a Yankee fan even down South.
