Helen (Fegelman) Lowe, of West Hartford, CT, passed away on Thursday, June 29, 2017. She was the beloved wife of the late Harold J. Lowe. Born in Hartford, CT, she was the daughter of the late Samuel and Sophie (Levitsky) Fegelman. She graduated from William Hall High School, received a BS from University of Connecticut and a Masters from Central Connecticut State College. Helen leaves her two sons, Aaron M. Lowe and his wife, Gina, of Silver Spring, MD and Dr. Charles D. Lowe and his wife, Qing Zhang, of Zhuhai, China; her beloved grandchildren, Samuel Lowe, Nathaniel Lowe, and Karintha Lowe. In addition to Harold, she was predeceased by siblings Julius Fegelman, Eva (Fegelman) Levitan, and Leon Fegelman. Funeral services will be held at 10:00am on Sunday, July 2, 2017 in the Beth El Temple Cemetery, 51 Jackson St., Avon, CT with Rabbi Emily Mekler officiating. The family will receive relatives and friends immediately following the Interment at the family home 4 Lyman Road, West Hartford, CT.
