I am so saddened to read about Helen. I met her while working for Bank of America. Since that time, I often ran into her at Bishops Corner and we would stand talking for over an hour. I loved to hear her stories from the past and hear her always talk about her boys and grandchildren. I will miss her. My sincere sympathy to the family.

I know Helen and her husband Tzvi from the Chabad House in West Hartford. She never missed a memorial service for her loved ones. I sat next to her, Fruma, and Lynn.
Her smile, elegance, and straight forwardness together with genuine warmth is what I will remember. Helen was regal, beautiful and always well dressed (and jeweled :)).
I shared with her my mother's recipe for a New Year honey cake, while she shared with me stories from her life in Israel.she left a mark on my heart.
