Leonard Putzer, 62, of Elms Common Dr., Rocky Hill died Monday, October 15, 2007 at Hartford Hospital. Born in New York , NY, he was the son of the late Isadore and Rachel (Silverstein) Putzer. Leonard was a U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam War. He was employed by the U.S. Postal Service until he retired. He leaves his wife, Ann (Weber) Putzer; a son, Scott I. Putzer and his wife Anne Marie of East Hartford; a daughter, Dawn M. Cintron and her husband Carmelo of Rocky Hill; two brothers, Carl Putzer of Rocky Hill, and Jerry Putzer and his wife Johanne of Wethersfield; three grandchildren, Alexia Putzer, Shanece Cintron, and Justin Cintron; and a great-grandchild. Funeral services will be held Thursday, October 18, 2007 at 10:30 am in the Chapel of the Weinstein Mortuary, 640 Farmington Ave., Hartford.
