Obituary

FREEMAN, Martin S.Freeman, 90, of West Hartford and Bloomfield died Saturday, August 19, 2006 at St. Francis Hospital. He was the son of the late Abraham and Elsie (Lubliner) Freeman and was predeceased by his wife Rosetta (Ginsburg) Freeman. He served as the Executive Director of the Hebrew Home for the Aged for 29 years. He is survived by two sons, Edward Freeman and his wife Shari of West Hartford, and Alan Freeman and his wife Brenda of Livingston, NJ. He is also survived by four grandchildren: Jonathan Freeman of Brighton, MA, Nina Bieler and her husband Daniel of Bronx, NY, and Emily and Andrew Freeman of Livingston, NJ. Funeral services were held on Sunday, August 20, 2006. Shiva will be held at the home of his son in West Hartford through Friday morning. Donations in his memory may be made to the Beth David Synagogue, 20 Dover Road, West Hartford 06119. Arrangements are entrusted to Weinstein Mortuary, Hartford.
