I'll miss Merrill's updates on the comings and goings of the Cartin family. In Greg and Andy, Merrill had the finest grandsons to ever walk the face the earth. You guys had become even more legendary than the Renbrook Cartins I had known. I always looked forward to the latest accomplishments of the amazing Cartins. I loved Merrill's enthusiasm about everything, even his golf game.
Condolences to the family,
John Buckey

I knew Merrill only as the sweet soft-spoken member of the duo with his brother Bernie. Never critical, always supportive, whether at the roundtable at Tumblebrook or at Mamma Mia - we need more people like Merrill.

My sincerest condolences. Merrill was the nicest, kindest, most humble man I have known. He and June were such a happy couple, and so much fun to be with. I would see Merrill and Bernie at lunch and. I couldn't stop smiling. When I graduated, Merrill knocked on my door and presented me with a set of woods. Such a wonderful gesture. I still carry one in my bag just to remember him.

To the Liberman family...I had the pleasure of knowing Bernie and Merrill as patients of the doctor that I worked for. How I loved when they came in for visit. Their sense of humor always brought a big smile to my face and their love for each other was so evident. After Bernie passed away I know that Merrill missed his brother dearly. Although Merrill will be sadly missed by so many I know that he is now happy being reunited with Bernie and Harold. My thoughts and prayers are with your family. Merrill and Bernie...You have left your footprints on my heart. I am so blessed to have known you. RIP and may the memories of your life here on earth bring your family peace and comfort in the days and weeks ahead.

Love;
Jackie
