Minna (Rozinsky) Pearl, 92, of West Hartford, CT, passed away on Thursday, July 27, 2017 after a long illness. She was the beloved wife of the late David Pearl. Born in Hartford, CT, she was the daughter of the late Simon and Mary (Pitcoff) Rozinsky.
Minna, a woman of strong faith, was a member of Beth El Temple in West Hartford for nearly 60 years. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family and friends. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Minna leaves her sons, Jeffrey Pearl and his wife, Lauren, of Sarasota, FL, Dr. Russell Pearl and his wife, Dr. Babette Horn, of Park Ridge, IL and Simms Pearl and his wife, Amy, of Framingham, MA; her cherished grandchildren, Edward, Lisa, Aaron, Hannah and David; and her dear caregiver and friend Urszula Bandula. In addition to her husband, she was predeceased by her son Richard Pearl (husband of Ana) and her sister Shirley Rozinsky.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, July 31, 2017 in the Chapel of the Weinstein Mortuary, 640 Farmington Avenue, Hartford, CT with Rabbi James Rosen officiating. Interment will follow in the Beth El Temple Cemetery, 51 Jackson St., Avon, CT. The family will receive relatives and friends immediately following the interment at Minna’s home.
