Sheila and I are devastated at this most unwelcome news. We treasure the first moments of meeting her way back right after they moved to West Hartford and got involved with all of our similar organizations. Phyllis was a warm, loving, dedicated, and passionate person who deeply loved her family and her dear friends. She will be sorely missed, but the memories of a life well-spent will remain as beacons for her family to cherish. May her soul be bound up with G-d for eternity.
