Ralph is survived by his sons, Mark J. Seltzer and his wife, Jaime, of West Hartford, CT, Steven P. Seltzer and his wife, Karen, of Port Washington, NY, and David A. Seltzer of Bethesda, MD; his daughter, Linda Winick and her husband, Jeffrey, of West Hartford, CT; his beloved grandchildren; Julie and Daniel Winick, Emily Winick, Amanda and Aaron Katzman, Matthew, Melissa, Alison, Lauren, Adam and Elyssa Seltzer and his two great grandchildren, Molly Katzman and Jordan Winick. He also leaves nieces and nephews. Ralph was predeceased by his brother, Dr. Nathan Seltzer.
Funeral services will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Thursday, November 2, 2017 in the Wolkowysker Society Cemetery, 401 Tower Ave., Hartford, CT with Rabbi Philip Lazowski officiating.
