GORDON, Shirley (Factor) Gordon, 87 years of age, of South Windsor, formerly of Winter Park, FL, died Sunday, August 15, 2010. Born in Hartford, she was the daughter of the late Max and Sarah (Block) Factor. Shirley was a bookkeeper with the former Lipman Motors in Hartford until she retired. She was an avid Bingo player. She leaves her husband of 68 years, Milton S. Gordon; her daughter, Carolyn Zinser and her husband Art of Stafford Springs; her brother, Edward Factor and his wife Maryjean of Deltona, FL; three grandchildren, Cheryl Groskritz and her husband Gary of Coventry, Arthur Zinser Jr. and his wife Alison of Columbia, and Suzanne Breuer and her husband Mark of Coventry; and seven great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, August 17, 2010 at 11:00 AM at the John Hay Memorial Park, Garden St., Hartford. Arrangements are entrusted to Weinstein Mortuary, Hartford.
