I worked with Stanley for a few years when I was a foreman at Pitkin Yard. He was a fun guy, knowledgeable photographer and lover of the Race Track. I had a dinner date at a harness race track. Since I knew nothing about horses, Stanley gave me some "sure" picks. During the evening, I had placed 2$ bets andhad a small wad of cash on me. Each time the race was run I would go to the window, collect a big 6$ and get back to the table with my seemingly big wad of money. All at our table wanted to know who this Stanley was so they could get some hot tips too. What fun!
Stanly my friend, you will always be remembered!
