Tali Zeevi-Trager, 34, of Harwich Lane, West Hartford, wife of Kevin Trager, died Tuesday, July 10, 2007 at Yale New Haven Hospital after a fierce and courageous battle with leukemia. Born in Israel, she was the daughter of Yekutiel and Nava Zeevi. She attended Temple Israel in Westport, CT where she was confirmed. Tali was an accomplished flutist. She was a very caring daughter, sister, wife, and a loving aunt. She had an incredible spirit and was a beautiful human being. Tali devoted herself to the cause of fighting cancer. The family expresses it?s deep appreciation to all of Tali?s caregivers for their compassion and support during her illness. Besides her husband and parents, she leaves a brother, Dr. Neer Zeevi of Hartford. Funeral services will be held on Friday, July 13, 2007 at 11:00 AM in the Sanctuary of Temple Israel, 14 Coleytown Road, Westport with Rabbi David Small officiating. Interment will follow in Temple Israel Cemetery, Norwalk. A memorial period will be observed Friday following the funeral til Friday evening, Saturday evening and Sunday at her parents? home, 18 Half Mile Common, Westport 06880, and Monday and Tuesday at the home of Merle & David Trager, 12 Sunnydale Road, West Hartford 06117.
